The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Works As Part Of A Safety Improvement Program Consisting In The Construction Of Speed Bumps With A Bituminous Surface And The Installation Of Lighting And Road Safety Devices (Including Markings) At Pedestrian Crossings In The Toruń County Based On The Offer Cost Estimate Attached To This Swz, As Well As On The Basis Of The Technical Documentation Prepared By The Contractor (Obtaining Approval Of Permanent Traffic Organization). The Works Will Be Of An Emergency/Ad Hoc Nature, Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, Based On The Table Attached To The Procedure. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Perform Some Of The Items From The Offer Cost Estimate, Depending On The Needs, While Settling The Works In A Cost Estimate Manner (Selected Items From The Cost Estimate) Based On Typing Protocols Specified Each Time By The Ordering Party. When Ordering And Settling Works, In The Absence Of An Appropriate Item From The Offer Cost Estimate, The Ordering Party Allows The Settlement Of Works On The Basis Of An Analogous Item Of A Similar Nature Adopted From The Price Bulletin For Road And Bridge Works. And Track Works Published By Sekocenbud From The Period Of Publication In Which The Construction Works Were Carried Out.2.
