The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of Internal Mechanical Ventilation Installations In The Theater Hall Of The Polish Theater Building. Arnold Szyfman In Warsaw Along With Accompanying Works And Was Described Using Approved Design Documentation Prepared By Designers From Sound&Space Sp. Z O. O. And The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Due To The Very Large Volume Of The Above-Mentioned File. Documentation Is Available At The Link Indicated In The Document Entitled List Of Design Documentation Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Scope Of Construction And Assembly Works Includes The Reconstruction Of The Mechanical Ventilation Installation In The Theater Hall. This Reconstruction Also Requires Changes In Electrical Installations And The Fire Alarm System. The Building Has Appropriately Marked Fire Protection Switches. The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Construction And Assembly Works: - Reconstruction Of The Internal Installations Of The Theater Hall - Mechanical Ventilation, Cooling, Replacement Of Fire Flaps, Installation Of Additional Fire Flaps, Connection Of Lightning Protection Masts, - Widening Of Openings In Existing Ventilation Ducts, Revision Of Existing Ventilation Ducts, - Existing Ventilation Ducts To Be Finished With Pressed Mineral Wool Boards, - Reconstruction Of Air Supply Openings On The Floor With The Boxes And The Balcony, - Installation Of New Air Supply Grilles In The Space Of The Boxes On The 1St Floor And The Balcony On The 2Nd Floor, - Necessary Repair Works; B) Delivery And Installation Of Devices Specified In The Design Documentation (Including Replacement Of The Cooling Unit On The Roof And The Ventilation Unit), C) Carrying Out All Required And Described In The Design Documentation Of Trials And Tests Of The Correct Operation Of The Installation, D) Development Of As-Built Documentation Along With The Necessary Arrangements And Handing Over The Installation For Use, E) Participation Of The Construction And Works Management In The Acceptance Procedure, F) Performance Of Necessary Technical Inspections And Service Activities Required To Maintain The Warranty On The Devices, G) Ongoing Removal At The Expense Of The Contractor Of Used Materials And Waste Outside The Construction Site, In Particular Rubble, Remains Of Construction Materials, Dismantled Elements, Garbage, Etc. - In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended) And Providing The Ordering Party With Information On Its Proper Disposal In Cases Required By The Provisions Of The Waste Act.
