As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Obtain, On Behalf Of The Barwice Commune, A Permit From The Road Manager To Occupy The Road - This Applies To Carrying Out Works In The Road, 2) Obtain, On Behalf Of The Barwice Commune, From The District Construction Supervision Inspectorate In Szczecinek A Certificate Confirming That There Are No Grounds To Object To The Notification Of Construction Completion In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law.
