The Subject Of The Order Is The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Scientific Playground As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Entitled Modernization Of The Existing Premises In The Field Of Education In The School Complex In Karczmiska.2. Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Includes: • Preparation Of The Area, Including Dismantling Of Existing Playground Equipment And Paved Surface, • Dismantling Of The Existing Fence, Removal Of Dead Tree Limbs, • Construction Of A Flexible Poured Surface, • Construction Of A Paved Surface Made Of Concrete Paving Stones, • Delivery And Installation Of Ready-Made Playground Equipment, • Installation Of A Panel Fence, • Installation Of Area Lighting, • Installation Of Monitoring, • Maintenance Of The Area, • Tidying Up The Area.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Technical Parameters Of The New Devices Are Described In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Technical Documentation (In The Part Regarding The Playground).4. The Ordering Party Requires That All Offered Devices Be Brand New, Unused, Unrefurbished And Complete. The Equipment Must Be Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects, Technically Functional And Must Come From An Authorized Distribution Channel. The Devices Must Have The Approvals And Certificates Required By Law And Meet The Requirements Specified In The Pn-En 1176.5 Standard. The Contractors Offer Must Include All Costs Related To The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order.
