A) The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction, General Construction, Installation And Assembly Works As Well As Works Related To The Development And Revitalization Of Urban Greenery, Consisting In The Comprehensive Renovation Of Public Space And Improvement Of The Functionality And Aesthetics Of Green Areas In The Area Located Along Ul. Mickiewicza. The Order Includes The Execution Of All Works Necessary To Achieve The Expected Functional, Aesthetic And Usable Effect, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Applicable Legal Regulations, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. Task No. 1: Comprehensive Renovation Of Urban Space In The Degraded Area Of ​​Chełmża. The Subject Of This Task Is The Implementation Of Works Related To The Comprehensive Renovation Of Public Space In The Area Of ​​The City Square At Ul. Mickiewicza In Chełmża On Plots Numbered 30, 31/1, 31/2 From District 04. The Scope Of The Task Includes In Particular: • Demolition Of Existing Surfaces And Elements Of Small Architecture, • Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works Related To Land Development, • Creation Of A Publicly Accessible Recreational Space, Including An Activity Zone For Animals Along With The Delivery And Installation Of Devices/Elements Specified In The Design Documentation, • Construction Of New Surfaces, • Delivery And Installation Of Landscaping Elements, Including Elements Of Small Architecture, • Planting Of High And Low Greenery And Their Maintenance (Ongoing Care Of Greenery And Plantings During The Warranty And Warranty Period, Including Watering, Fertilization, Maintenance Cuts And Replacement Of Dead Plants). The Task Envisages The Development Of The Square Area By Creating A Functional And Safe Recreational Space, Including, Among Others: A Fenced Dog Run Equipped With Recreational Equipment And Training Elements, As Well As The Installation Of Small Architecture Elements Serving Public Space Users. The Scope Of Work Also Includes New Plantings Of Trees And Shrubs, As Well As Cleaning And Finishing Works, In Accordance With The Design Documentation. All Works Should Be Carried Out In A Way That Ensures The Functional And Aesthetic Coherence Of The Developed Area And Its Adaptation To The Needs Of Users. Task No. 2: Revitalization Of Urban Greenery In The Area (Area) Of The City Of Chełmża.
