The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of The Pastorówka Residential Building - Regarding An Existing Multi-Family Residential Building Covered By The Form Of Monument Protection Through Entry In The Register Of Monuments, As An Immovable Monument As Part Of The Task Entitled Conservation And Restoration Works On The Building Of The Former Pastorate In Kosobudy Co-Financed By The Government Program For The Reconstruction Of Monuments No. Edycja2rpoz/2023/1380/Polskilad, Including: 1) Insulation Of Foundation Walls (External And Internal) 2) Repair Of The Brick Façade 3) Replacement Of External Windows And Doors, Including The Processing Of Jambs: Mortars, Plasters, Painting4) Renovation Of External Stairs5) Construction Of Roofs Over External Doors6) Renovation Of Wooden Internal Stairs Together With Renovation Of The Staircase, 7) Replacement Of The Roof Covering8) Performance Of Sheet Metal Work9) Replacement Of Gutters And Downpipes10) Renovation Of Chimneys11) Renovation Of The Boiler Room In The Basement12) Renovation Of The Corridor In The Basement13) Renovation Of The Electrical Installation14) Implementation Of The Electrical Installation In The Attic (Construction Of The Electrical Installation In The Basement) Attic - 2 Double Sockets And 2 Light Points)15) Replacement Of The Heat Source Of The Central Heating Furnace16) Ventilation In The Rooms 17) Landscaping. In Addition, The Contractors Obligations Include The Construction Of 1 Information Board With Dimensions 180X120cm, Each On A Graphite Or Black Steel Frame Similar To The Frame Shown In Annex 8 To Swz, Including Their Assembly. The Content Of The Board And The Place Of Installation To Be Agreed With The Ordering Party. Comments: 1) There Will Be Users Of The Residential Premises During The Works. The Works Must Be Carried Out In A Way That Will Not Cause Significant Inconvenience To Residents Or The Need For Them To Leave The Premises.2) During The Implementation Of The Investment And After Its Completion, Continuous Access To Neighboring Properties Must Be Ensured. The Investment Cannot Worsen The Conditions Of Use Of Neighboring Properties.3) The Facility Should Be Energy-Efficient.4) The Facility Should Be Equipped With Fire Extinguishers And Fire Protection Instructions Should Be Developed.3. A Detailed Description, Size And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 6 To The Swz, In The Designs - Annex No. 5 To The Swz And In The Bills Of Quantities (Constituting Auxiliary Material In The Preparation Of The Offer) - Annex No. 7 To The Swz.
