1. Subject Matter Of The Order: The Order Covers Assembly, Maintenance And Repair Works Of Energy Equipment Owned By The Sulechów Commune. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In 2026 Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party In The Scope Specified In The Work Selection Protocols, Covering The Following Scope: A) Replacement Of Used Light Sources On Municipal Facilities, B) Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures And Poles Of Municipal Road Lighting According To The Ordering Partys Instructions, C) Execution Of Electrical Installations In Municipal Facilities, D) Execution Of Power Connections At The Request Of The Ordering Party, E) Support For Outdoor Events (Provision Of Temporary Energy Supply Electrical),F) Installation Of Christmas Illuminations,G) Replacement Of Damaged Elements Of Municipal Electrical Installations.2. The Contractor Is Obliged, Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, To Employ Persons Directly Performing Activities In The Scope Of Services Specified In § 1 Of The Draft Contract Solely On The Basis Of Employment Contracts Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended). The Above Provision Applies To The Contractors Subcontractors If They Participate In The Execution Of The Order. 3. The Ordering Party Has The Right, Independently Or Through Other Authorized Persons, At Any Time During The Execution Of The Order, To Control The Manner Of Execution Of The Order By The Contractor To The Extent Described In § 1 Of The Draft Contract. As Part Of Its Control Rights, The Ordering Party Has The Right, In Particular, To: 1) Request The Contractor To Submit Written Explanations On Matters Relating To The Employment Of Employees In The Performance Of The Activities Described In § 1 Of The Draft Contract, 2) Accept Declarations From Persons Participating In The Implementation Of The Activities Described In § 1 Of The Draft Contract Regarding The Fact And Basis Of Their Employment.2. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Possibility Of Awarding Single-Source Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 And 8 Of The Act. 3. The Ordering Party Will Not Select The Most Advantageous Offer Using An Electronic Auction.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Require Submitting An Offer In The Form Of Electronic Catalogs Or Attaching Electronic Catalogues.5. An Order Is One Of The Parts Of The Entire Order, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of A Separate Procedure. 6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant And/Or Partial Offers In This Procedure. Reasons For Not Dividing The Contract Into Parts In This Procedure: Due To The Specificity Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract, Dividing The Contract Into Parts Would Be Irrational.
