1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders Provided At The Place Of Residence Of These People In The Gruta Commune. The Above-Mentioned Services Are Tasks Commissioned To The Commune On The Basis Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Social Policy Of September 22, 2005 On Specialized Care Services (Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 816, As Amended), And Art. 18 Section 1 Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214, As Amended). 2. The Services Will Take Place In The Gruta Commune, At The Beneficiarys Place Of Residence. The Number Of Hours Specified In The Order Is The Time Effectively Worked By The Contractor. The Order Will Include Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders In The Following Scope Of Services: A) Specialized Care Services In The Field Of Medical Rehabilitation - Physical Rehabilitation And Improvement Of Disturbed Body Functions To The Extent Not Covered By The Provisions Of The Act Of August 27, 2004 On Health Care Services Financed From Public Funds (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Items 1461, 1537, 1739) Will Be Carried Out: O In Accordance With The Recommendations Of A Doctor Or A Specialist In The Field Of Physical Rehabilitation Or Physiotherapy. Physical Rehabilitation Classes Must Be Conducted By Physiotherapists And University Graduates Specializing In Rehabilitation Or Therapeutic Gymnastics, With At Least Three Years Of Experience In Providing Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders. It Is Estimated That Approximately 2,500 Hours Of Medical Rehabilitation Will Be Completed Over The Duration Of The Contract. The Service Provider Is Obliged To Have Appropriate Equipment, Which Must Be Delivered To The Place Of Residence Of The Service Beneficiary, In Particular: Boa Massage Apparatus, Solux Lamps, Portable Massage Tables, Manual Exercise Boards, Rotors, Balancing Platforms, Electrotherapy Apparatus, Laser Therapy Apparatus, Etc., B) Specialized Care Services In The Field Of Sensory Integration. Sensory Integration Classes Must Be Conducted By Qualified People (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist And Speech Therapist, Doctor, Psychologist, Educator, Special Educator) Who Have Completed The First And Second Degree Qualification Courses (In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of National Education Of August 15, 2017 On Detailed Qualifications Required From Teachers (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1111) And Have At Least Three Years Of Experience In Providing Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders. It Is Estimated That Approximately 350 Hours In The Field Of Sensory Integration Will Be Performed During The Duration Of The Contract.
