Tenders Are Invited For Development Of A General Plan For The Lubartów Commune

4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Development Of A General Plan For The Lubartów Commune, Referred To In Art. 13A Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended) [Hereinafter Referred To As: U.P.Z.P.] And Participation In Activities Related To The Preparation And Adoption Of A General Plan.4.2. The Scope Of Services Includes In Particular: 1. The Scope Of Activities To Be Performed By The Contractor In Relation To The Preparation Of The General Plan Includes: 1) Carrying Out An Urban Planning Inventory And Assessing The Existing State Of Development; 2) Preparing An Ecophysiographic Study; 3) Preparing The Formal And Legal Documents Required By The Act Related To The Preparation Of The Draft General Plan (Draft Announcements, Draft Notices, Notices); 4) Analyzing Applications Submitted By Natural And Legal Persons And Submitted By Bodies And Institutions, Including Preparing A List Of Applications And Preparing Their Proposals Consideration Together With Justification, As Well As The Possible Preparation Of A List Of Responses To The Bodies And Institutions Specified By The Act And Other Institutions And Units Informed About Joining The Plan; 5) Participation In Public Consultations Regarding The Draft General Plan In Accordance With Art. 8I Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development With The Inhabitants Of The Lubartów Commune And Providing Appropriate Information And Explanations;6) Preparing A Draft General Plan Together With Justification And Forecast Of The Impact On The Environment;7) Participating In Meetings Of The Municipal Architectural And Urban Planning Commission;8) Participating In Meetings And Conferences In The Event Of Circumstances Justifying The Provision Of Explanations Or Reporting The Need For Such Explanations, In Particular When Agreeing And Giving Opinions On The Draft General Plan With Units Indicated In The Legal Provisions;9) Preparing An Analysis Of The Comments Submitted To The Draft General Plan Together With A Proposal For Their Resolution And Possible Introduction Of Corrections To The Draft General Plan;10) Preparing A Report Summarizing The Course Of Social Consultations;11) Correcting The Draft General Plan In Connection With The Comments Submitted To The Draft Plan And Preparing A Version For Adoption;12) Presenting The Draft General Plan With Annexes To The Standing Committees Of The Lubartów Commune Council And Participating In The Session Of The Lubartów Commune Council Adopting General Plan, If Necessary; 13) Preparation Of The Summary And Justification Referred To In Art. 42 And Art. 55 Section 3 Of The Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112, As Amended);14) Preparation Of The Formal And Legal Course Of Planning Wo
