The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Acting As A Contract Engineer Team For The Project Entitled: Przykona Close To Residents - Comprehensive Revitalization Of The Przykona Commune For The Purpose Of Social Activation And Infrastructure Development, Co-Financed Under The Regional Program European Funds For Greater Poland 2021-2027, Priority 10: Just Transformation Of Eastern Greater Poland, Measure 10.07 Infrastructure For An Active Society, Educational And Revitalization Supporting The Transformation Of The Economy. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Tasks: A) Construction Of A Village Community Center In The Town Of Kaczki Plastowe, Including Landscaping And Installation Of Photovoltaic Panels B) Construction Of The Wichertów-Smulsko-Dąbrowa Pedestrian And Bicycle Road With Accompanying Infrastructure C) Modernization Of The Village Community Center In Gąsinied) Development Of A Rest And Recreation Area In Gąsin E) Construction Of Multi-Purpose Sports Fields In Gąsin. F) Construction Of A Recreation Center On The Przykona Reservoir In Zimotki G) Modernization Of The Building Of The Village Community Center In Boleszczyno. H) Construction Of A Mooring Pier On The Przykona Reservoir In Zimotki. The Tasks Of The Contract Engineer Team Include, In Particular: A) Conducting Investor Supervision Over The Construction Works In Full Scope Of Obligations Arising From The Provisions Of The Construction Law And Construction Permits, B) Participating In The Investment Process In An Impartial Manner And Objective, Ensuring Proper Execution Of The Contract(S) For Works, In Accordance With Their Provisions And Applicable Provisions Of Construction Law, C) Managing The Contract For Works In A Manner Ensuring Full Reporting Required By The Ordering Party, Including Monitoring The Validity Of Insurance Policies, Guarantees And Other Documents That The Contractor Must Provide, D) Conducting A Risk Analysis Related To The Supervised Work Contract, E) Informing The Ordering Party About All The Contractors Claims, Analyzing, Rejecting Unfounded Claims And Presenting A Position On Matters Justified Claims, F) Representing The Ordering Party In Contacts With Third Parties In Matters Related To The Works Agreement, G) Acting As A Mediator In The Event Of Disputes Between The Parties - Conducting Attempts To Resolve Conflicts Between The Works Contractor And The Ordering Party And Cooperating With The Ordering Party To Enforce The Provisions Of The Works Agreement, H) Ensuring Effective Communication Between All Parties To The Investment Process, I) Regularly Conducting Inspections At The Construction Site To Control The Quality Of Works And Construction Materials, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Technical Specifications, Design Documentation And Best Engineering Practices, J) Quality Control Of Construction Materials To Prevent The Use Of Materials That Are Inconsistent With The Works Agreement, Damaged Or Lacking The Required Certificates, K)
