Tenders Are Invited For (2) Preparation, Delivery And Distribution Of Hot Meals And Packed Lunches With The Possibility Of On-Site Consumption For Residents Of The Social Welfare Center In Kożuchów For 2026

The Scope Of The Order Includes:1. Preparation, Delivery And Serving Of Meals, Which Will Take Place 7 Days A Week, Including: A Hot Meal At Least 5 Days A Week (Monday To Friday) And A Packed Lunch For Saturday And Sunday, As Well As On Public Holidays.2. Estimated Number Of Two-Course Meals To Be Prepared Or Delivered During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order: Approximately 9,000 For 10 Months.3. Number Of People Covered By The Subject Of The Order: On Average 30 People Per Day. The Number Of People Given Above Is An Estimate And May Change During The Term Of The Contract. The Number Of Meals Ordered During The Execution Of The Contract May Be Smaller Or Larger Than The Declared Quantity, Which, However, Cannot Be The Basis For Any Claims Against The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Number Of Children Provided With Additional Meals By 30%, And Therefore The Number Of Meals Served. 4. The Services Will Be Provided To Residents Of The Social Welfare Center In Kożuchów. The Daily Number Of Meals Delivered Will Be Determined On A Given Day Based On A Telephone Notification To The Contractor By 9:30. The Contractor Is Obliged To Monitor The Number Of Meals Served On The Terms Specified In The Contract.5. Delivery/Distribution Of Lunches Will Take Place From The Date Of Signing The Contract Until December 31, 2026. The Ordering Party Requires That Meals Are Served And Delivered 5 Days A Week, Excluding Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays. On Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Packed Lunch. 6. Meals Are Served (Including The Possibility Of Consumption On Site) By The Contractor And Should Take Place In Premises Designated For This Purpose And Meeting Sanitary Requirements For This Type Of Premises.7. The Area Of ​​The Premises Must Allow At Least 20 People To Eat Meals At The Same Time (Min. 20 Seats)8. Meals Will Be Served From Monday To Friday From 12.00 To 13.30.9. The Contractor Will Bear The Costs Of Delivering Meals To Clients Of The Social Welfare Center In Kożuchów Who, Due To Their Health Condition Or Age, Will Require Meals To Be Delivered To Their Place Of Residence.10. Meals Should Be Delivered In Insulated, Disposable Packaging (Soup Separately, Main Course Separately), Ensuring The Right Temperature And Having The Required Certificates Allowing Their Use In Human Nutrition.11. As Part Of The Provision Of The Service, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Two-Course Meal (From Monday To Friday). Meals Must Be Prepared On The Day They Are Served. By A Two-Course Meal, The Ordering Party Understands A Dinner Consisting Of A Soup, A Main Course And A Salad That Meets The Following Requirements: A) A Portion Of Soup - At Least 450 Ml Prepared With Meat And Vegetable Stock (3 Times A Week) Or Vegetable Stock (2 Times A Week) - A Different One For Each Day Of The Week.
