The Ground Floor And The 1St Floor Will Have A Core-Insulated Facade With Facing Masonry, The 2Nd Floor Will Have A Rear-Ventilated Metal Facade. The 2Nd Floor Protrudes By Approx. 2.5M On The North Side. The Roof Consists Of A Flat Roof On Which Building Services Equipment Is Located And A Gable Roof With A Slight Inclination Of Less Than 5 Degrees.
