The Detailed Assignment Of The Contract Is Set Out In Separate Annexes To The Procurement Documentation, Which Consists Of: • Appendix No. 1 - Project Documentation • Appendix No. 2 - Measurement Reports • Appendix No. 4 - Binding Contract Model The Supply Of Part Of The Material Intended For The Implementation Of This Order Is Not Part Of This Order (Vř). The Material Will Be Delivered To The Winning Bidder By The Contracting Authority. All Such Material Is Listed In The Bill Of Quantities With A Zero Price (So The Price Is Not Filled In For These Items). No Written Or Other Record Will Be Taken By The Contracting Authority During The Inspection Of The Place Of Performance. During The Inspection, The Contracting Authority Will Not Provide Any Additional Information About The Subject Of The Contract Or Answer Any Questions Raised About The Subject Of The Contract.
