The Material Will Be Delivered To The Winning Bidder By The Contracting Authority. The Application For The Inspection Of The Construction Site Must Be Sent By E-Mail To The Contact Person Of The Contracting Authority No Later Than One (1) Working Day Before The Date Of The Inspection Of The Construction Site. No Written Or Other Record Will Be Taken By The Contracting Authority During The Inspection Of The Place Of Performance. During The Inspection, The Contracting Authority Will Not Provide Any Additional Information About The Subject Of The Contract Or Answer Any Questions Raised About The Subject Of The Contract. The Explanation Of The Tender Conditions Will Always Be Dealt With By The Contracting Authority Exclusively In Accordance With The Provisions Of Point 4.2 Of The Tender.
