Dimpact, An Association Of, For And By Municipalities, Which Provides Municipal Services, Intends To Launch A Tender For A Facility For An Identity Broker In The Context Of Customer Identity Access Management (Ciam). Through This Market Consultation, The Request Is Tailored As Best As Possible To The Possibilities In The Market And The Expertise Of The Market. The Market Consultation Will Consist Of A Pre-Drafted Questionnaire To Which Dimpact Wishes To Receive A Written Answer. You Can Participate In The Market Consultation Until March 10, 2026 At The Latest By Submitting Your Written Answers To The Questions Via Tenderned. Currently (January 2026) 22 Dimpact Municipalities Use The Identity Broker. Each Municipality Has Its Own Identity Broker. This Also Applies To The Dimpact Applications. In Short, The Scheme Occurs 22 Times. The Number Of Systems That A Municipality Has Connected Varies; From 1 To 4. The 22 Municipalities Have A Total Of 78 Connections With The Identity Broker. The Municipalities Have A Joint Bundle Of 150,000 Transactions Per Month. The Other 22 Dimpact Members Will Start Using The Identity Broker In 2026-2027. We Expect A Growth In The Number Of New Members. Of Course, They Must Also Have Access To The Identity Broker. Our Strategy Takes Into Account Growth To Approximately 80 Members Until 2030. In Addition To Growth Because Existing And New Members Will Use The Identity Broker, There Is Also Growth In The Number Of Applications That Require Logging In. This Growth Comes From Two Directions: A. New Dimpact Applications B. Third-Party Applications That Municipalities Use We Are A Great Supporter Of Broad Use Of Facilities. This Also Applies To The Identity Broker. We Do Not Want To Make This Available Exclusively For The Dimpact Applications, But Also For Third-Party Applications (Such As A Tax System) That Municipalities Have In-House.
