The Cladding Is A Combination Of Vinyl Siding And Stucco Over A Concealed Moisture Barrier, With Significant Damage And Biological Growth Noted Around The Building. Several Leaks Have Also Occurred Through The Building Envelope, Along With Failures To Various Windows, Doors, And Crawlspace Piping.Hazardous Materials Are Present Within The Building; Therefore, The Contractor Must Submit Their Project Specific Abatement Plan As Per Section 3.7 Of This Itt.
