The Scope Of The Tendered Service Is A Framework Agreement For The Delivery Of Up To 50,000 Small Telecontrol Devices. The Small Telecontrol Devices Must Have At Least Protection Class Ip 53 And Can Be Mounted On A Standard Meter Plate. In Addition To The Mandatory Three-Point Mounting On A Standard Meter Plate, The Small Telecontrol Devices Should Optionally Have The Option Of Mounting On A Top-Hat Rail. The Maximum Size Dimensions Of The Small Telecontrol Device Are Specified In Din 43857. The Small Telecontrol Devices Must Be Able To Communicate With The Clients Central Scada System Via Lorawan (Class C), Via Which At Least 4 Bistable, Potential-Free Relays With Changeover Contacts For 230Vac/16A Can Be Switched. In Addition To The Mandatory Communication Via Lorawan, The Small Telecontrol Devices Should Also Be Able To Optionally Communicate With The Clients Central Scada System Via Mobile Internet (E.G. Lte, 5G). The Initial Delivery From The Framework Agreement Will Include 20,000 Small Remote Control Devices. A Separate Delivery Of Spare Parts For The Small Telecontrol Devices Is Not Planned, As These Will Be Replaced In The Event Of A Failure. The Installation Of The Small Telecontrol Devices On Site Is Not Part Of The Tendered Service.
