The Procurement Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Act On Public Procurement Of 17 June 2016 No. 73 (Loa) And Regulation On Public Procurement Of 12 August 2016 No. 974 (Foa) Part I And Part Ii. Contract Award Will Be Made According To The Open Tender Procedure, Cf. § 8-3. Todays Areas For Ito In U1 Today Amount To Approx. 349 M2 Bta, And Is To Be Expanded To A Total Of Approx. 900 M2 Bta, Where Approx. 400 M2 Will Be Solved In Additions And 500 In Existing Buildings. A Rough Sketch Has Been Drawn Up For The Project Which Shows A Range Of Possibilities And Illustrates The Possibility Of Expansion. Parts Of The Extension That Is Outlined Are Located Outside The Building Boundary In The Zoning Plan, And Lusparken Architects Has Been Commissioned To Apply For A Framework Permit With An Associated Dispensation For A Volume Corresponding To That Outlined In Order To Keep The Progress With Commencement In The Autumn Of 2026. Inside The Building, One Is Delimited By The Area That Is Defined To Be Changed By Moving Functions. The Projects Outer Boundary Will Thus Be A Limitation In The Choice Of Solution, While The Interior Is Not Locked.
