The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works In The Design-Build System Consisting In The Renovation Of The Main Building And Workshops Of The School Complex No. 2 In Wieluń Along With Equipment Co-Financed By The Just Transition Fund Under The Regional Program European Funds For Łódź 2021-2027 As Part Of The Project Feld.09.02-Iz.00-0006/25 Competences For The Future - Vocational Education At The School Complex No. 2 In Wieluń. The Scope Of The Planned Project Is To Prepare Comprehensive Design Documentation And Support The Ordering Party In Obtaining Appropriate Administrative Decisions, And Then Implement The Construction Project In Accordance With The Developed Documentation. In Particular, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare An Equipment Arrangement Design Along With A Detailed Description Of The Devices Planned To Be Used. Before Commencing Construction Works And Installation Of Devices, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain The Employers Approval Of The Proposed Solutions (Approval Of Design Documentation). The Subject Of The Order Includes: - Development Of Technical Documentation: Including Preparatory Works, Obtaining Legally Required Opinions, Arrangements, Conditions, Development Of The Concept, Development Of An Executive Design, - Obtaining Appropriate Permits (Application/Construction Permit), - Performance Of Construction Works, - Obtaining An Occupancy Permit (If Necessary). By Technical / Design Documentation, The Ordering Party Understands All Documentation Required By The Provisions Of The Construction Law And Other Legal Acts.
