Grunwaldzka) In Addition, As Part Of Element 1, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform An Energy Audit - As-Built. Requirements For The Use Of Anti-Smog Facade Paint, Green Walls, Installation Of A Rainwater Tank And The Use Of Recovered And Recycled Materials Constitute The Conditions For The Execution Of The Order And Are Subject To Verification At The Stage Of Implementation And Acceptance Of The Works. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Refuse To Accept The Works In The Event Of Failure To Implement Any Of The Elements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Submission Of The Said Evidence To Confirm The Fulfillment Of The Above Requirements.
