Tenders Are Invited For Expansion Of The Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant In Trąbki Wielkie

1. The Subject Of The Order Is An Investment Involving The Expansion Of The Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant In Trąbki Wielkie, In Accordance With The Final Decision On The Building Permit No. 1184/2024 Of October 31, 2024 Issued By The Starosta Of Gdańsk. The Investment Includes The Expansion Of The Existing Sewage Treatment Plant With New Technological Facilities, Located On The Premises Of The Existing Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant In Trąbki Wielkie, On Plot No. 107/1, Owned By The Trąbki Wielkie Commune. The Completed Investment Should Enable An Increase In The Amount Of Treated Sewage From The Current Level Of Qdśr = 600 M3/D To The Level Of Qdśr = 1200 M3/D.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Execution Of Construction Works, Including: A) Construction Of Two New Reactors Of The Sewage Treatment Plant, B) Construction Of A New Retention Tank And Ksto, C) Construction Of A New Technological Building, D) Reconstruction Of Technological And Power Supply Networks, E) Construction Of A Power Supply And Control System For The Operation Of The Sewage Treatment Plant With An Emergency Power Supply Set, F) Necessary Demolition And Land Development, G) Expansion Of The Administrative And Social Building In The Area Sewage Treatment Plant, H) Development Of The Area With Road Elements And Small Architecture, 2) Obtaining The Ordering Partys Authorization To Start Using The Entire Building Resulting From Construction Works, 3) Developing And Submitting As-Built Documentation To The Ordering Party. 3. The Contractor Should Include In The Offer Price The Implementation Of All Obligations Arising From The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Described In This Tor And Its Annexes, In Particular: 1) Performing All Necessary Measurements, In Particular By Providing Geodetic Services For The Duration Of Construction, Performing Post-Construction Geodetic Measurements, 2) Ensuring The Construction Site Is Supplied With Water And Energy, 3) Organizing And Protecting The Construction Site, Including The Construction Of A Construction Office, Fences, Temporary Buildings, Necessary Security Measures And All Other Activities Necessary For Carrying Out The Works And Securing The Construction Site, 4) Developing Technical Designs Referred To In Art. 57 Of The Construction Law, Taking Into Account The Changes Referred To In Art. 36B Of The Same Act, In The Event Of Changes To The Technical Design Documentation. 5) Management Of Demolition And Excavation Materials Constituting Waste, In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended), 6) Removal Of Construction Facilities And Equipment From The Construction Site, As Well As Materials And Structures Constituting Its Property After Performance Of The Contract Or In The Event Of Withdrawal From The Contract.4.
