The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works For The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System From The S 17 Well To The S 31 Well, Plot With Geodetic Number 3/38 In The Town Of Kalinowice. The Length Of The Network In Question Is Approximately 470 M 1. In The Scope Of Construction Of The Sewage Network, One Section Should Be Constructed: - A Section Of The Network From The S 17 Well To The S 31 Well, Along With Sewer Lines To Private Plots. 2. The Designed Sewage Network Should Be Made Of Pipes With The Following Parameters: - Pvc Gravity Sewage System Dz 200 Mm X 5.9 Mm, - Pvc Gravity Sewage System Dz 160 Mm X 4.7 Mm, - Concrete Inspection Well With A Diameter Of 1200 Mm, - Plastic Wells With A Diameter Of 600 Mm, Note: The Design Documentation Covers The Construction Of A Sewage Network In The Area Of Kalinowice, Wólka Panieńska, Szopinek. The Scope Of Works Includes Only The Construction Of The Sewage Network From The S 17 Well To The S 31 Well Along With Sewerage In The Town Of Kalinowice, The Indicated Area To Be Completed Is Marked With Abcd Points - Annex No. 1 C. The Presented Scope Of Works Is Not Final. The Detailed Type Of Construction Works And The Scope Of Works Necessary For The Complete Implementation Of The Network Were Specified In The Design Documentation Attached To The Procedure, Which Includes: - Construction And Executive Design, - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior), - The Bill Of Quantities Attached As An Auxiliary. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended) Along With Implementing Regulations, Standards, Instructions From Manufacturers Of Used Equipment And Materials, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Skills. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Made Of Materials Provided By The Contractor. The Materials Provided And Used By The Contractor Should Meet The Quality Requirements For Products Approved For Trading And Use In Construction, Specified In Art. 10 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws 2025, Item 418, As Amended). The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Must Also Be Consistent With All Legal Acts Applicable To The Subject Of The Order, With Technical And Construction Regulations, Applicable Standards And Guidelines. During The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account All Conditions Of The Existing Infrastructure. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law If The Design Documentation Or Stwiorb, I.E.
