The Contractor May Submit An Offer For One Or Both Parts Of The Contract.3. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Along With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, Terms Of Order Execution, Acceptance And Settlement, Guarantee And Warranty Conditions Are Specified In The Documents Of The Subject Order Attached To The Swz: A) Designs, B) Arrangements, C) Bills Of Quantities, D) Contract Template For This Public Procurement (Common For Both Parts Of The Order; In The Event Of The Need To Prepare Contracts Separately For Each Part Of The Order The Content Of The Contract Will Be Prepared In Accordance With The Assumption Referred To In Section 4) E) Of The Warranty Document Template.4.
