Tenders Are Invited For Development Of Design Documentation And Execution Of Construction Works For The Task: Purchase Of Social Buildings With The Construction Of Connections For Employees Operating Public Transport In Olsztyn
The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining The Necessary Decisions And Permits, As Well As The Performance Of Construction Works On The Task Purchase Of Social Buildings With The Construction Of Connections For Employees Operating Public Transport In Olsztyn. The Task Is To Be Implemented In Five Locations, I.E.: A) Osiedle Podleśna Loop - Plot 22, Precinct 5, Olsztyn, B) Osiedle Generalów Loop - Plot 5/99, Rev. 118 M. Olsztyn, C) Polmozosta Loop – Plot 49/32 Rev. 149 M. Olsztyn, D) Pętla Redykajny – Plot 3/38 Rev. 156 M. Olsztyn, E) Dajtki Loop – Plot 54/5 Rev. 47 M. Olsztyn. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Obtain All Required Opinions, Permits, Arrangements, Decisions And Approve The Design Documentation, Including The Temporary Traffic Organization Design, Will Perform All Construction Works And Will Be Responsible For The Implementation Of The Works Covered By The Documentation In The Scope Of The Subject, And Will Provide A Guarantee For The Works Performed By Him And Other Elements Included In The Implementation. The Order Includes In Particular: ─ Obtaining Starting Materials For Design, Including Maps For Design Purposes; ─ Carrying Out An Inventory Of The Existing Development To The Extent Necessary To Develop The Project As Well As The Relief And Elevations Of The Area, Along With Obtaining Information About The Existing Underground Utilities; ─ Agreeing And Giving Opinions On Projects In The Relevant Units, Including Approval Of The Temporary Traffic Organization Project; ─ Development Of Complete Design Documentation With All Required Arrangements - In Accordance With Applicable Regulations; Design Documentation Should Be Prepared To The Degree Of Accuracy Necessary For The Proper Performance Of Construction Works; ─ Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of September 2, 2004 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2013, Item 1129) And The Bill Of Quantities; ─ Ensuring Supervision During The Performance Of Works By Persons With Appropriate Authorizations; ─ Exercising Authors Supervision Over The Developed Design Documentation In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law And Implementing Acts; ─ Effectively Obtaining A Decision - Building Permit And Completing Formalities; ─ Performing Construction Works In The Field Of Building Connections And Installing Purchased Containers And Connecting Them To The Utilities; ─ Preparing As-Built Documentation; ─ Providing A Warranty For The Materials Used; Basic Order: 1) Development Of Complete Design Documentation And Obtaining All Legally Required Decisions And Permits For All Five Indicated Locations 2) Performance Of Constructio
