1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Construction Of The Municipal Road Of Pancerz Street On The Section From Ul. Glinianki To Ul. Stary Tor In Łomianki As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled Design Development And Expansion Of Pancerz Street - Task 2023/22.2. Scope Of The Order: - Development And Implementation Of A Temporary Traffic Organization Project, Marking And Construction Of Hardened Detour Routes, - Reconstruction Of Collisions, - Demolition Works, - Construction Of A Drainage System, - Expansion Of The Road In Terms Of Road Surface, Sidewalks, Pedestrian And Bicycle Routes, Exits, Intersections, Roadsides, - Construction Of Street Lighting, - Update Of The Permanent Traffic Organization, - Introduction Of Vertical And Horizontal Markings. - Cleaning Works And Finishing, - Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, - Obtaining Consent To Use The Road From Pinb.3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Material And Financial Schedule Approved By The Ordering Party. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An Offer Cost Estimate To The Ordering Party No Later Than 3 Business Days Before Concluding The Agreement. 5. The Detailed Method Of Execution As Well As The Scope And Type Of Individual Works Covering The Subject Of The Order Were Specified In The Technical Design And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works.6. The Bill Of Quantities Should Be Treated As An Additional Element, Not Used To Calculate The Offer Price.
