The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Regarding The Task Reconstruction Of The Internal Road, Parking Lots And Sidewalk In The Vicinity Of The Hospital In Lipsk At Śniadeckiego And Witosa Streets. The Scope Of Work Includes: A) Reconstruction Of The Internal Road From Km 0+003.50 To Km 0+189.20, Length 185.70 M, B) Reconstruction Of Parking Lots, C) Reconstruction Of Sidewalks, D) Demolition Of The Existing Sidewalk Surface Made Of Concrete Slabs, Concrete Curbs, Along With Removal To The Square Indicated By The Ordering Party, E) Height Adjustment Of The Existing Pavement Made Of Concrete Slabs Paving Stones Suitable For Re-Installation, F) Height And Vertical Adjustment Of Elements Of The Sanitary And Rainwater Sewage Systems, And Heating Networks, G) Installation Of Protective Barriers Along The Sidewalk. The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Ordering Additional Works, Which Will Concern The Dismantling Of Old And Installation Of New Lighting Poles.2. Investment Locationthe Area Covered By The Study Is Located In The Masovian Voivodeship, Leipzig County, Within The City And Commune Of Lipsko In The Town Of Lipsko. The Investment Is Located Directly Next To The Independent Public Complex Of Health Care Facilities In Leipzig, On Plots No. 2303/5, 775/10, 2287/2, 2286/31, 2286/28. The Parking Lot Is Located Along Śniadeckiego Street Between The Intersections Of Ul. Witosa And Ul. General Characteristics Of The Facility The Existing Investment, Including Parking Spaces And Maneuvering Roads, Has A Bituminous Surface Limited By A Concrete Curb. The Existing Sidewalk Located Parallel To Śniadeckiego Street Is Made Of Concrete Paving Slabs With A Variable Width Of 1.5 M-2.0 M. Surface Drainage Of The Square Towards The Existing Storm Sewage Sewage Grates.  Designed Condition: - Laying Of New Bituminous Surfaces On The Internal Road And Parking Lots, - Drainage Of Rainwater And Snowmelt From The Designed Road Surface And Surface Parking Spaces By Applying Appropriate Transverse And Longitudinal Slopes To The Existing Rainwater Drainage System, - Sidewalk Made Of 2.0 M Wide Paving Stones In The Clear Without Edges Or Curbs, - Designed Protective Barrier U-11A Located Along The Sidewalk Parallel To Śniadeckiego Street.
