1.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of A Task Called Energy Modernization Of A Public Kindergarten Building In Kębłowo Together With The Construction Of Green And Blue Infrastructure - In The Design And Build Formula. A Task In The Design And Build Formula Consisting In The Development Of Comprehensive Multi-Sector Design Documentation And Implementation Of An Investment Consisting In The Energy Modernization Of A Public Kindergarten Building In Kębłowo Together With The Construction Of Green And Blue Infrastructure As Well As The Necessary Technical Infrastructure And Land Development, Which Is To Be Implemented On A Property Located In Kębłowo, On A Plot Of Registration No. 835/2 And 834. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Included In The Pfu, In The Energy Audit Of The Building And In The Energy Audit Of The Photovoltaic Installation, Along With The Performance Of Construction Works In Full Scope, Including Obtaining The Necessary Decisions, Opinions And Permits. The Task Includes In Particular: 1. Insulation Of The Internal Ceiling Existing Above The Basement: - Area: (M2) Resulting From The Energy Audit Of The Building And Technical Documentation - With Pur Foam Λ= 0.035 [W/(M∙K)] - Optimal Thickness Of Additional Insulation: 11 Cm Including All Accompanying Works;2. Insulation Of Existing Internal Walls Separating The Attic: - Area: (M2) Resulting From The Energy Audit Of The Building And Technical Documentation - With Polystyrene Λ= 0.036 [W/(M∙K)] - Optimal Thickness Of Additional Insulation: 10 Cm Including All Accompanying Works;3. Insulation Of The Internal Ceiling Existing Under The Unheated Attic Of The Building K1: - Area: (M2) Resulting From The Energy Audit Of The Building And Technical Documentation - Mineral Wool Λ = 0.035 [W/(M∙K)] - Optimal Thickness Of Additional Insulation: 20 Cm Including All Accompanying Works;4. Insulation Of A Flat Roof: - Area: (M2) Resulting From The Energy Audit Of The Building And Technical Documentation - With Polystyrene Λ= 0.033 [W/(M∙K)] - Optimal Thickness Of Additional Insulation: 12 Cm Including All Accompanying Works; Note The Ordering Party Draws Attention To The Need To Perform An Expert Opinion On The Roof Before Installing The Structure For Photovoltaic Panels.5. Insulation Of External Walls: - Area: (M2) Resulting From The Energy Audit Of The Building And Technical Documentation - Polystyrene Λ = 0.031 [W/(M∙K)] - Optimal Thickness Of Additional Insulation: 14 Cm Including All Accompanying Works;6. Replacement Of Window Joinery: - Area: (M2) Resulting From The Building Energy Audit And Technical Documentation In Accordance With Wt 2021 - Heat Transfer Coefficient U Max ≤ 0.9 W/(M2k) Including All Accompanying Works;7. Replacement Of Door Joinery: - Area: (M2) Resulting From The Building Energy Audit And Technical Documentation In Accordance With Wt 2021 - Heat Tran
