The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Demolition Of The Following Building: - Building With Inventory No. 104/58- Building Economic At The Building Residential Gorenicea Building With A Utility And Storage Function. The Building In Question Has One Usable Floor And A Non-Usable Attic. On The Ground Floor, In Addition To Utility And Storage Rooms, There Is A Boiler Room And A Fuel Storage Room, Which Are Used To Heat The Residential Building Adjacent To The West. The Building Is Covered With A Gable Roof With A Wooden Structure And A Slope Of Approximately 30º. The Buildings Ridge Runs East-West. The Supporting Structure Of The Building Was Made In A Traditional Way - Stone Foundations, Masonry Walls Made Of Small-Sized Masonry Elements (Stone, Brick), Reinforced Concrete Ceiling Based On External And Internal Load-Bearing Walls And Reinforced Concrete Beams Supported On Reinforced Concrete Columns And Walls. During Its Existence, The Building Was Subject To Significant Modernization Works. As Part Of The Reconstruction, Among Others: Reinforced Concrete Ceiling, Which Is A Secondary Development In Relation To The Original Substance Of The Building, And The Size Of The Entrance Gates Has Been Changed. The Building Is Equipped With Electrical And Central Heating Installations. Powered By The Existing Solid Fuel Boiler Room. The Northern Wall Of The Building Is Heavily Perforated With Window And Door Openings And Entrance Gates. As A Result Of The Demolition Of The Building, As A Temporary Solution, It Is Proposed To Leave A Part Of The Ground Floor Of The Building, Where The Boiler Room And The Entrance To The Neighboring Residential Building Are Located. It Is Recommended To Implement This Solution Until Another Method Of Heating The Residential Building Is Implemented. This Part Should Be Left Together With The Ceiling Covering It. As Protection, A Temporary Roof Structure Should Be Constructed Above The Ceiling. Undamaged Rafter Elements Of The Existing Roof Can Be Used For This Purpose. As A Covering, It Is Recommended To Use Full Formwork With A Roofing Felt Covering. In Such A Case, The Chimney Should Also Be Partially Dismantled So That Its Height Above The Roof Slope Is No More Than 120 Cm.
