The Subject Of The Investment Is The Development Of The Area Of An Existing Water Reservoir Located In A Municipal Forest. The Land Development Project Includes Both The Construction Of New Buildings And The Reconstruction And Renovation Of Existing Ones. The Main Element Of Land Development Is The Existing Irregularly Shaped Reservoir Basin. Both The Water Surface And The Shoreline Will Be Preserved. The Renovation Will Include Desilting The Pond And Restoring Its Original Inclination Below The Water Table (1:2). On The Northern Side, Part Of The Bank Will Be Built Up With A Shore Pier With A 2.5 M Wide Wooden Surface And Railings. From The Shore Pier, There Is A Short Middle Pier With A Wooden Surface, 3.0 M Wide, With Railings, Extended On The Shore By A Pedestrian Path (Stairs And A Ramp) To Connect With The Existing Forest Path. In The Southern Part Of The Reservoir, An Earthen Dike With A Regulating Valve Will Be Constructed. Below The Gate - Correction Of The Depth And Course Of The Outflow Ditch. In The Eastern Bank Area, The Mouth Of The Inflow Ditch Ends With A Threshold Made Of A Mesh-Stone Basket. The Tributary Ditch At The Mouth Is Deepened. At The Outlet Of The Drainage Ditch In The Reservoir Bowl, A Surface Rush Filter With Hydrophilic Plants Will Be Made.
