Work Detail

1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of It Equipment And Software As Part Of A Project Implemented From The European Funds For Digital Development 2021-2027 (Ferc), Priority Ii: Advanced Digital Services, Measure 2.2. – Strengthening The National Cybersecurity System, As Part Of The Cybersecure Local Government Grant Project, Covering The Following Items: A) Server Ups Emergency Power Supplies - 10 Pcs., B) Ups Station Emergency Power Supplies - 50 Pcs. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Detailed Minimum Required Technical And Quality Parameters Regarding The Equipment) Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annexes No. 5A, 5B To The Swz, Which Consists Of Files Containing Technical Specifications For Individual Categories Of Equipment, I.E.: - Annex No. 5A To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Specification: Server Ups Emergency Power Supplies, - Annex No. 5B To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Specification: Standalone Ups Emergency Power Supplies, The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete All Fields And Items In Each Table Of The Technical And Financial Offer Form - Annexes No. 6A And 6B To The Swz. If The Name Of The Manufacturer, Model Or Other Items In The Form Are Not Indicated And The Contractor Does Not Fill Them In With Data, And There Is No Data That Cannot Be Interpreted From Other Documents Attached To The Offer, The Offer Will Not Be Supplemented And Will Be Rejected Pursuant To Art. Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law Will Reject The Offer Due To The Fact That Its Content Is Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract. Note: 1. If Equivalent Solutions Are Offered That Do Not Meet The Minimum Technical And Quality Parameters Described By The Ordering Party, The Offer Of Such A Contractor Will Be Rejected Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law Due To The Fact That Its Content Is Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract. 2. The Contractor, At His Own Expense, Will Deliver And Bring The Subject Of The Order To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party And Will Include The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract In The Offer Price. Delivery Must Take Place After Prior Arrangement During Office Hours. 3. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Operating Instructions For Individual Devices And Warranty Cards From Device Manufacturers No Later Than On The Day Of Final Acceptance. 4. The Contractor Is Liable For Damage Or Loss Of The Subject Of The Contract Until The Acceptance Protocol Is Signed By The Ordering Party Without Any Reservations. The Quality Guarantee For The Subject Of The Order Must Be Consistent With The Requirements Contained In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 5A, 5B To The Swz And Consistent With The Contractors Offer. 5. The Offered Price Should Take Into Account The Performance Of All Works And Activities And Include All Costs Related
