The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of Playground Equipment, Including In Particular: A) Delivery And Installation Of Brand New Playground Equipment And Small Architecture Elements, B) Performance Of The Necessary Preparatory And Finishing Works, C) Installation Of The Equipment In Accordance With The Manufacturers Recommendations And The Principles Resulting From Occupational Health And Safety Regulations And Applicable Safety Standards, Including Pn-En 1176, D) Tidying Up The Area After The Completion Of The Works; Any Waste Generated During Implementation (E.G. Excess Sand) Should Be Disposed Of At The Contractors Expense, E) Providing A Warranty For The Delivered And Installed Elements For A Period Of Min. 24 Months, F) Construction Of Safety Zones For The Installed Devices, In Accordance With Applicable Standards.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Conditions And Requirements For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Is Specified In The Terms Of Reference (Swz).3.
