2.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Including The Ongoing Maintenance Of Stormwater Drainage Infrastructure In The Konstancin-Jeziorna Commune (Hereinafter Referred To As The Infrastructure) In Order To Ensure Its Proper Functioning. The Contractors Obligation Will Be To Ensure Continuous, I.E. 24/7, Reliable Operation Of The Municipal Stormwater Drainage System, Consisting Of, Among Others: From Underground Channels, Covered Surface Channels, Rainwater Inlets, Sewage Wells, Sedimentation Tanks, Separators, Absorption Wells, Pumping Stations, Linear Drainages, Ditches, Pumping Stations, Pressure Channels, Outlets And Tanks. It Is The Contractors Obligation To Maintain Individual Facilities And The Entire Municipal Stormwater Drainage System In Appropriate Technical Condition (Constant Patency), Which Determines Its Proper Functioning During Periods Of Rain And Snowfall (Discharge Of Meltwater).
