The Subject Of The Order Is Defined By Cpv Codes: 98371000-4 Funeral Services, 98371100-5 Cemetery And Cremation Services, 98370000-7 Funeral And Similar Services.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Specifying The Type Of Service Provided, Is Included In The Price Calculations, Which As Annexes No. 3A, 3B, 3C, 3D Constitute An Integral Part Of The Swz.4. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 95(1) Of The Public Procurement Law Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor, During The Execution Of The Order, To Employ Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code, A Person/Persons Performing Activities Directly Related To The Execution Of The Order, I.E. Persons Accepting Orders And Providing Office Services As Well As Persons Performing Transport Of Corpses, A Requirement For The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship. Detailed Information In This Regard Is Specified In The Draft Agreement Which, As Annex No. 4, Constitutes An Integral Part Of Swz.5. In Cases Where The Subject Of The Contract Is Described By The Ordering Party By Reference To The Standards Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 Of The Public Procurement Law And Art. 101 Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law - The Ordering Party Hereby Indicates That It Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Each Such Reference In The Procurement Documents Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Award The Contract In Parts, Each Of Which Would Be The Subject Of A Separate Procedure. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts As Part Of The Current Procedure And Therefore Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. Division Of This Contract Would Result In Excessive Costs Of Contract Execution. 7. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Variant Offers Referred To In Art. 92 Of The Public Procurement Law 8. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Pzp.9 Act. Due To The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Is The Provision Of Funeral Services, The Ordering Party Determines The Number Of Funerals At A Maximum Of 12 Burials (Regardless Of The Type Of Burial - Package) By The End Of The Order. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Claim Compensation If The Number Of Burials Is Lower Than Expected By The Ordering Party.10. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To: 1) Order A Smaller Number Of Burials Than The Quantities Specified In The Section Above; 2) Resignation, A Possible Reduction In The Number Of Burials Cannot Be Greater Than 80% In Relation To The Value Of The Remuneration For The Entire Subject Of The Order Defined As The Contractors Rem
