Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Implementation: Data Transmission Services With Video Licenses For The Video Monitoring System Of The City Of Oleśnica. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Service: Transmission Of Data Over Dark Fibers From Camera Points (Pk) To The Server Of The Contractors Image Management Platform And Transmission Of Data Over Dark Fibers From The Server Of The Contractors Image Management Platform To The Monitoring Center At The District Police Headquarters In Oleśnica (Cm Kpp) And Video Channel Licenses With Image Archiving On The Virtual Server Of The Image Management Platform For All Camera Points Except Cameras Operating On The Bosch System (Image Backup Up To 21 Days) And The Service Of 25 Licenses With Object Analysis (Crossing The Line, Zones, Left Luggage, Virtual Perimeter Protection + Post Factum) And Two Anpr Licenses For License Plate Recognition. The Contractor Will Provide Access To The Monitoring System For The Kpp In Oleśnica. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Contract Are Specified In The Contract Template. Justification For Not Dividing The Order Into Parts: Dividing The Order Would Lead To Unnecessary Complication Of The Subject Of The Order, Multiplication Of Servers And The Need For Several Links To The Kpp In Oleśnica.
