All Devices That Are The Subject Of The Order Must Come From The Official Distribution Channel In Poland And Have Service Points In The Country.7. If References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Are Used In The Documentation Describing The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. When Analyzing The Documentation Describing The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Used In The Documentation Describing The Subject Of The Contract Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent.8. If Trademarks Are Used In The Documentation Describing The Subject Of The Order, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Define Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Materials Or Devices Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Trademark (If Applicable), But With Similar (Equal) Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Documentation Describing The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Who Uses Equivalent Devices Or Materials Will Be Obliged To Indicate In The Offer That He Proposes An Equivalent Solution And Demonstrate In The Offer That The Devices And Materials He Uses Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.9. The Use Of A Label In The Documentation Describing The Subject Of The Order Means That The Ordering Party Accepts All Labels Confirming That The Given Deliveries Or Services Meet The Equivalent Requirements Of The Label Specified By The Ordering Party.
