Expression of Interest for Technical & Road Safety Audit Consultancy Services Mano River Union Development and Transport Facilitation Program Phase Iv: Paving of John Davis Town to Zwedru City (48.5km) The Technical & Road Safety Audit service will ensure that the road is constructed to the design specifications and that the contractor is paid as per the contract conditions. The service aims to ensure compliance with road works and will focus on the examination of the quality of ongoing works, and the quality of works completed, to verify if the road works comply with the technical specifications, design, and estimate documents and standards described in the contract. The firm must have previous successful experience with carrying out technical and road safety audits or similar quality assurance services in the road sector during the past ten (10) years. The Ministry of Public Works now invites eligible consultants (firms) to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (i) information detailing the companys existence and areas of expertise (ii) list of similar assignments and experience in similar conditions, (iii) list of overall permanent and temporary staff in fields related to the assignment (iv) evidence of past performance (v) any other relevant information. Consultants may constitute joint ventures to enhance their chances of qualification.
