Tenders Are Invited For Engineering Installation Of A Photovoltaic System In An Existing Social Service Center For Public Support For Children And Families Located In The Village Of Stambolovo

In Fulfillment Of The Engineering Contract, The Contractor Is Expected To Perform The Following Activities: - Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase For The Object, In Scope And With Content According To Ordinance No. 4 Of 21.05.2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects, The Legal And By-Laws Of The Republic Of Bulgaria And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority; - Carrying Out All The Necessary Activities For Coordination Of The Investment Project; - Reflecting The Recommendations And Remarks Made During The Conciliation Procedures; - Obtaining All Necessary Opinions And Permits Necessary To Carry Out His Work, According To Bulgarian Legislation; - Lawful, High-Quality And Timely Commencement, Implementation And Completion Of Construction, Including Supply Of Construction Products, Mechanization, Labor And Any Services And Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction In Accordance With The Technical Specifications And The Investment Project, According To The Zut And The By-Laws On Its Implementation, All Other Current Relevant Regulatory Documents And The Implementation Agreement; - Timely Drawing Up Of Acts And Protocols During Construction; - Storage And Provision Upon Request By The Other Participants In The Construction Or By A Control Body Of The Construction Documents, The Order Book Of The Construction, The Acts And Protocols Drawn Up During The Construction, And Other Technical Documentation On The Execution Of The Construction; - Author Supervision During Construction; - Preparation Of Executive Documentation According To Art. 175 Of The Zut; - Testing And Commissioning; - Removal Of All Detected Defects Within The Warranty Period; - Warranty Service Until The Warranty Period Expires. - Fulfillment Of The Administrative Requirements According To The Applicable Regulations - Program Development Of Human Resources, Guidelines For The Implementation And Reporting Of Contracts Under Procedure Bg-Rrp-13.009 Installation Of Photovoltaic Systems (Phs) In Existing Social Services, Activity Delegated By The State And Purchase Of Electric Vehicles, Including Related Charging Stations For The Provision Of Social Services From The National Recovery And Sustainability Plan, As Well As Contract Bg-Rrp-13.009-0107-C01/24.11.2025, Concluded Between The Ministry Of Labor And Social Policy And The Municipality Of Stambolovo. ​​​​​​​
