The Public Contract Includes The Exercise Of Independent Construction Supervision Within The Meaning Of Art. 166, Para. 1 Of The Zut, In The Following Statutory Scope: • Provision Of Consulting Services In The Exercise Of Construction Supervision During Construction Until Acceptance And Commissioning Of The Construction, According To Art. 166, Para. 1, Item 1 And Item 2 And Art. 168 Of The Zut In The Mandatory Scope Regulated In The Zut And The By-Laws On Its Implementation, Incl. Implementation Of Control Regarding The Completeness And Correct Compilation Of Acts And Protocols During Construction; Carrying Out Inspection And Control Of The Construction Products Delivered And Put Into The Construction, Which Ensures The Fulfillment Of The Basic Requirements For The Construction, Control Of The Quantities, Quality And Compliance With The Construction Contract, As Well As Coordination Of The Construction Process Until The Construction Is Put Into Operation. • Fulfilling The Functions Of A Safety And Health Coordinator According To Art. 5, Para. 3, Item 2, Letter A, Within The Scope Of Art. 11, Under The Conditions Of Art. 5, Para. 1, Item 2 Of Ordinance No. 2 Of March 22, 2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety At Work When Carrying Out Construction And Assembly Works, Including The Fulfillment Of All Obligations Of The Contracting Authority Provided For In The Said Ordinance; • Preparation Of A Final Report On The Construction, According To Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut And §3 Of The Dr Of Ordinance No. 2 Of July 31, 2003 For Putting Construction Into Operation In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Equipment And Construction Sites, Technical Passport For The Construction, According To Art. 176A Of The Zut And Ordinance No. 5 Of 2006 On The Technical Passports Of The Constructions And The Report On The Implementation Of The Construction Waste Management Plan, According To Art. 10, Para. 1 Of The Ordinance On The Management Of Construction Waste And On The Use Of Recycled Construction Materials. • Bearing Responsibility Under Art. 168, Para. 7 Of The Zut Until The Expiration Of The Warranty Periods For The Relevant Types Of Work. ​​​​​​​
