Short Description: Short Text: Cleaning And Renovation Of Approx. 765M² Of Listed Veneer Masonry. Existing Historical Windows Must Be Protected. Facade Cleaning Using Blasting Methods, Steam Jet Methods And/Or Brushes. Mortar Joints Must Be Cleared Out And Replaced With New Grout. Defective And Missing Clinker Bricks Must Be Exchanged And Replaced With Old And New Material. Demolition Material Must Be Disposed Of. Corroded, Walled-In Steel Structures Must Be Rusted, Repaired And Recoated. Dilapidated Window Lintels Must Be Dismantled And Restored In Different Versions.
