The General Objective Of The Project Is To Strengthen The Administrative Capacity Of The Municipality Of Craiova Through Digitization, Participatory Governance, Reducing Bureaucracy And Adapting Public Services To The Current Requirements Of The Local Community. The Specific Objectives Of The Project Are: Specific Objective 1: Increasing The Efficiency Of Operational Processes Through The Development Of An Integrated Information System For The Interoperability Of It Systems At The Level Of The Craiova City Hall. Specific Objective 2: Optimizing Citizens Access To Information And Public Resources By Creating An Information Portal For Citizens And The Business Environment, Including Open Data As Well As An Online Notification Application. Specific Objective 3: Improving The Degree Of Transparency And Efficiency Of The Services Offered To Citizens And The Business Environment In The Municipality Of Craiova Through The Retro-Digitization Of The City Archive. The Services That Are The Subject Of The Contract Are Detailed In The Specifications No. 397614/Rev.1/23.01.2026 And The Technical Project. The Modification Of The Public Procurement Contract, During Its Validity Period, Is Done Under The Conditions Stipulated In Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions. Modification Of The Contract During Its Validity Period, Such As In The Cases And Conditions Stipulated In Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, Is Carried Out By Organizing A New Award Procedure, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Law.
