The Overall Scope Of The Contract Is Described As Follows: The Purpose Of The Specific Project Is To Enter Into A Maintenance - Support Contract For The Ergani Ps For A Period Of Two Years, Which Will Cover Items Such As Error Correction And Support For System Administrators In All The Individual Items That Make Up The Information System As Will Be Listed Below (Application Software, System Software). Especially For The Application Software, Given That There Are Continuous Revisions Of The Operational Procedures Of The Ministry Of Labor And Social Security, The Independent Labor Inspection Authority And The Dypa And The Labor Regime Is Constantly Evolving, So Changes In The Relevant Institutional Framework May Be Caused Frequently, It Is Necessary To Ensure Evolutionary Maintenance Services (Apart From Remedial Maintenance Mentioned Above), Which Will Include The Necessary Additions, Modifications And Adaptations To The Applications. Therefore, The Specific Project Is About Ensuring All The Necessary Conditions For The Smooth And Uninterrupted Production Operation Of The Information System Of The Ministry Of Labor And Social Security, Through Targeted Actions And The Provision Of Supporting Services In The Production Operation Of The System. The Services Provided Are Classified Under The Following Codes Of The Common Vocabulary Of Cpv Public Contracts: 72250000-2 (System And Support Services) Offers Are Submitted For All The Services Requested And Cannot Exceed The Total Budget Of The Tender, I.E. €4,417,500.00, Not Including The Vat Rate. 24% The Estimated Value Of The Contract Amounts To €4,417,500.00 Excluding Vat 24% (Estimated Value Including Vat: €5,477,700.00). The Duration Of The Contract Is Set To 24 Months From May 14, 2026 And Is Considered Complete If All The Deliverables Are Definitively Received, Quantitatively And Qualitatively, And If Any Other Contractual Or Legal Obligations Of The Contractor Are Fulfilled.
