Data Capture Services – Objectivization Of The Effects Of Field Treatments In The Spa Therapeutic Landscape Of Karlovy Vary - Repeated Procurement Procedure. The Subject Of This Public Contract Is To Ensure The Cooperation Of The Provider (Spa Facility) Within The Framework Of Clinical Research For Patients With Prescribed Comprehensive Spa Medical Rehabilitation Care (Hereinafter Referred To As Klp), Or Patients With Prescribed Subsidized Spa Medical Care (Hereinafter Referred To As Plp) Or Self-Paying Form Of Spa Medical Care Classified According To Entry Criteria And Staying In A Spa Facility In Karlovy Vary. The Expected Result Of The Study Is The Objectification Of The Effectiveness Of Outdoor Activity (I.E. Walking) In The Spa Therapeutic Landscape As Part Of Spa Therapeutic Care. The Goal Of The Study Is To Increase The Effectiveness Of Outdoor Activity In Spa Treatment, The Active Involvement Of The Patient In The Framework Of Rehabilitation And Education, And The Improvement Of Selected Health Parameters Of The Patient. For The Purposes Of This Tender Documentation, A Spa Facility Is A Registered Provider Of Comprehensive And Subsidized Spa Medical Rehabilitation Care Paid For By Public Health Insurance In The Territory Of Karlovy Vary, Which Holds The Approval Of The Ministry Of Health To Provide Spa Medical Rehabilitation Care. This Is A Spa Facility Providing Comprehensive And Subsidized Spa Therapeutic Rehabilitation Care According To The Above-Mentioned Requirements Of The Clinical Study Objectification Of The Effects Of Outdoor Treatments In The Spa Therapeutic Landscape Of Karlovy Vary. The Transfer Of Pseudonymized Data Will Take Place According To The Mutually Agreed Schedule Of The Institute Of Spa And Balneology, V. V. I. (Hereinafter Referred To As Ilab). All Data Will Be Structured, Provided Only With Id Codes Of Individual Patients. Id Codes Must Be Given To The Selected Laboratory Facility, Which Will Be Responsible For Performing Laboratory Diagnostics On All Samples. The Spa Facility Is Responsible For The Correct Use Of Patient Id Codes And It Is Their Responsibility To Ensure That No Confusion Occurs. The Research Study Will Only Include Patients Accepted For A Stay In The Form Of Complex Spa Medical Rehabilitation Care (Klp), Subsidized Spa Medical Rehabilitation Care, Which Correspond To The Contractual Relationship Between The Provider And The Health Insurance Company. Patients With A Self-Paying Form Of Spa Medical Care Will Also Be Included. The Subject Of This Public Contract Is Not The Preparation Of The Clinical Study Itself, But The Provision Of Related Activities, Including The Collection Of Data And Data On Patients, Without Their Evaluation, And The Transfer Of These Data And Data To The Contracting Authority For Their Further Processing. The Collected Data Will Be Forwarded To Ilab At Set Intervals (Every Two Months), Which Will Process The Resulting Clinical Study Based On Them. Furthermore, The Provider Must Ensure: • The Required Number Of Patients Meeting The Criteria For Inclusion (See Appendix No. 3 Zd), • Obtaining Their Informed Consent, • Educating Patients About The Course Of The Study, • Performing Diagnostic Procedures And Examinations (See Appendix No. 3 Zd), • A Medical Prescription For The Application Of Controlled Outdoor Activity In The Spa Therapeutic Landscape For 9X 60 Minutes (3X Per Week For 3 Weeks) As Part Of The Klp For Patients Of The Experimental Group, • Pr
