The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation (Hereinafter Referred To As The Documentation) Along With Obtaining Opinions, Arrangements And Administrative Decisions Required By The Provisions Of The Construction Law, As Well As Performing Authors Supervision For The Following Task: Task Number: 02-25-1.1-01 - Reconstruction Of The Reservoir In The Trachy Forest District, Section 624. The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Obtaining A Set Of Designs, Opinions, Decisions And Arrangements Required By Law, Necessary To Obtain A Final And Legally Binding Decision On The Permit For Construction In Accordance With The Construction Law Act Of July 7, 1994 (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 725) (Acting On Behalf Of The Ordering Party). B) The Contractor Is Obliged To Act As An Expert In Proceedings For The Award Of Public Contracts For Construction Works And To Provide Answers To The Questions Asked Within 2 Days Of Submitting The Questions For Study. C) Performing Authors Supervision Throughout The Entire Duration Of Construction Works, Including Checking The Compliance Of The Works Carried Out With The Design Documentation With Applicable Legal Provisions And Standards, Clarifying Doubts Regarding The Construction And Executive Design And The Solutions Contained Therein, And Possibly Supplementing The Details Of The Design Documentation, Agreeing With The Ordering Party And The Construction Works Contractor On The Possibility Of Introducing Alternative Solutions To Those Provided For In The Design Documentation In Relation To Materials And Structures, As Well As Technical And Technological Solutions, And Reported By Construction Manager Or Investor Supervision Inspector. It Is Necessary To Supervise The Implementation To Ensure That The Scope Of The Changes Introduced Does Not Result In A Significant Change To The Approved Design And To Participate In Committees And Technical Meetings Organized By The Ordering Party. If Necessary, The Designer Will Be Required To Stay On The Construction Site In Order To Check The Compliance Of The Construction Works With The Design Solutions, Provide Appropriate Advice And Guidance To The Construction Contractor, And Clarify Doubts And Problems Arising During The Construction Works On An Ongoing Basis. D) The Contractor Undertakes To Update The Investors Cost Estimate Free Of Charge For A Period Of 3 Years From The Date Of Approval By The Ordering Party (Documentation Acceptance Protocol).
