This Contract Concerns A Single-Award Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders For The Carrying Out Of Geotechnical Studies And Environmental Diagnostics In The Accm Community Territory. This Framework Agreement Concerns The Entire Community Territory, Namely The Municipalities Of Arles, Tarascon, Saint-Martin-De-Crau, Saintes-Maries-De-La-Mer, Boulbon And Saint-Pierre De Mézoargues. The Buyer Decides Not To Allocate The Initial Framework Agreement For The Following Reasons: The Allocation In Separate Lots Is Likely On The One Hand To Make It Technically Difficult Or Financially More Costly To Carry Out The Services And On The Other Hand, These Are Homogeneous Services Of The Same Nature Meeting A Need
