Services Related To Water Pollution – Framework Agreement For Management Services For Legionella Testing In Accordance With The Drinking Water Ordinance. Framework Contract For Management Services For Legionella Testing In Accordance With The Drinking Water Ordinance. The Services From This Contract Include Management To Ensure Compliance With The Obligations Under The Drinking Water Ordinance. This Includes Planning The Overall Measure And Transferring The Data From The Client. This Is Followed By Checking The System Components In The Respective Building For Correct Operation, Agreeing Access For Sampling, Laboratory Testing Of The Samples Taken And Reporting The Results To The Health Department And The Client, As Well As Documentation And Making It Available To The Client. The Tenants Will Then Be Informed About The Laboratory Results By The Contractor. Services Such As Sampling And Microbiological Laboratory Testing For Legionella Spec. Must Be Carried Out By An Appropriately Certified And Accredited Company. The Services Must Be Carried Out Using Your Own Laboratory. If The Results Are Above The Technical Measure Value, The Contractor Organizes All Measures To Combat The Exceedance.
