The Scope Of The Planning Includes The Control Room And System Technology For The New Construction Of A Control Room. This Includes The Following Items Or Trades: - Planning The Control Room Tables, - Planning The System Technology, - Lighting Planning, - Coordinating The Interfaces With The Planners Of The Other Trades, Such As Electrical Engineering, Heating, Ventilation And Air Conditioning Technology As Well As Building Automation. The Services Are Divided Into The Service Phases (Analogous To Hoai) 5A - Execution Planning Before Tendering 5B - Extended Factory And Assembly Planning 6 - Preparation Of The Award 7 - Accompanying The Award 8 - Realization / Construction Support / Object Monitoring (Optional) All Remaining Bidders Who Do Not Win The Contract Will Be Awarded A Backup Function - The Final Negotiated Offer Of The Respective Bidder Applies. In This Respect, The Rejection Letter In Accordance With Section 134 Gwb Is Considered Acceptance Of The Last Offer For The Purpose Of The Back-Up Function Presented Here. The Client Reserves The Right To Use This Backup Function If There Are Significant Disruptions To The Contract, E.G. If The Contractor Of The Contract Does Not Fulfill Obligations Under The Contract, Refuses To Fulfill Them Or Cannot Fulfill Them, There Is Poor Performance And The Contract Is Therefore Terminated Before The End Of The Term Or Is Otherwise Terminated. If The Client Decides To Use The Back-Up Function, The Next Bidder In The Request Order Will Be Informed And Explained About The Service To Be Provided And Asked To Declare The Continued Willingness To Perform Within A Period Of 14 Days. The Order Of Inquiries Depends On The Placements Achieved After The Final Negotiated Offers. If This Declaration Is Not Made Or The Bidder Refuses, The Back-Up Agreement With Him Expires And The Client Reserves The Right To Inform The Next Bidder In The Order Of Request. The Suppliers Have No Right To Exercise This Backup Agreement.
