The Field Of Supervision Services Is Made Up Of The Following Main Components: - Activity 1 - Administration Of The Supervision Contract For The Design And Execution Of Works, Which Includes: O Information And Analysis Activities; O Contract Management Activities; O Financial Management Activities; O Activities Related To Claims; O Activities Related To Disputes/Arbitrations Between The Parties; O Activities In Case Of Suspension Or Termination Of The Work Execution Contract; O Communication Activities; - Activity 2 - Activities Related To Supervision In The Design Stage - Activity 3 - Activities Of Supervision In The Stage Of Execution Of Works - Activity 4 - Activities Of Supervision In The Stage Of Post-Construction And Closing Of The Contract The Activities Of Supervision Related To The Contract Of Design And Execution Of The Works Will Be Carried Out On The Common Romanian-Bulgarian Sector Of The Danube. The Purchase Is Common And Includes Part Of The Tasks Of The Fast Danube 2 Project, Implemented Within The Cef 2 Program (Connecting Europe Facility 2), In Which The River Administration Of The Lower Danube Galați Has The Capacity Of Leader And The Executive Agency Exploration And Maintenance Of The Danube River (Bulgaria) Has The Capacity Of Participating Contracting Authority. Estimated Duration Of The Contract: 110 Months According To The Information In The Specifications Subchapter. 7.2.1: - 48 Months For The Design And Execution Period; - 60 Months For The Warranty Period Of The Works (Defect Notification Period) And Of The Services Provided By The Supervisor. - 2 Months After The Final Reception Of The Works For The Completion Of The Final Report.
