The Services That Are The Object Of The Contract In Question Are: - Development Of Dtac And Dtoe, - Technical Documentation For Approvals/Agreements/Authorizations - Consulting And Preparation Of Documentation For Authorization To Establish The Anre Network - Development Of The Technical Project (Pth); - Elaboration Of The Execution Organization Project (P.O.E.) - Elaboration Of Execution Details (Dde); - Technical Verification Of The Design By Authorized Verifiers - Technical Assistance From The Designer During The Execution Of The Works The Above Services Will Be In Accordance With Government Decision No. 907/2016 Regarding The Elaboration Stages And The Framework Content Of The Technical-Economic Documentation Related To The Investment Objectives/Projects Financed From Public Funds With Subsequent Modifications And Additions. B. The Execution Works That Are The Subject Of The Contract: The Works Consist Of Construction Works Establishing The Intelligent Natural Gas Distribution Network In The Partner Uats (Uat Boteni, Uat Hartiesti, Uat Vultureni And Uat Davidesti) All The Works Are Detailed In Detail Within The Sf And The Years Attached To The Specifications. In Order To Avoid Errors In Retrieving The Information But Also The Redundancy Of Their Presentation, Technical Information Will Not Be Detailed At The Level Of The Present Specifications, These Being Detailed In The Sf And The Years Attached To The Specifications. The Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers/Candidates: 20 Days. The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Clarification Requests 11 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers.
