Public Relations Consultancy Services – Governance Support Project No. 3 - Technical Assistance. This Service Contract Concerns A Complementary Measure Of The Budgetary Support Produced By The European Union To Côte Divoire. The Objective Of This Additional Measure Will Be To Support The State Of Côte Divoire In Strengthening The Relevance, Efficiency And Effectiveness Of Public Policies By Pursuing Key Reforms To Modernize Public Finance Management And By Strengthening The Planning, Programming, Monitoring And Evaluation Capacities Of State Intervention. The Support Will Be In The Form Of A Technical Assistance Project On Themes Such As Budgetary Programming, Statistics, Internal Control, Material Accounting And Even External Control.
