Dog Training Services – Guide Dogs For The Visually Impaired. The Object Of The Acquisition Is Guide Dogs For The Visually Impaired. A Guide Dog For The Visually Impaired Is A Dog That Has Been Trained To Guide A Visually Impaired Persons Independent Movement In Different Environments And Thus Increase The Persons Movement, Independence And Inclusion. The Guide Dog Service Includes All Activities Performed To Produce Guide Dogs, Such As E.G. Breeding, Breeding, Training And Testing Of Dogs, Customer Training And Follow-Up And Taking Care Of The Dogs Health. The Procurement Has Not Been Divided Into Parts. This Is A Procurement Of Social And Health Services And Other Special Services As Referred To In Section 107 Of The Act On Public Procurement And Right-Of-Use Agreement (1397/2016, Procurement Act) In Annex E Of The Act. The Estimated Value Of The Procurement Exceeds The Threshold Value Set For It, And The Procurement Is Carried Out Through An Open Procedure In Accordance With Section 32 Of The Procurement Act. In The Procurement, Three (3) Service Providers Are Selected. Ordering The Service Is Presented In Appendix 3. Draft Contract. The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In Appendix 1. Service Description. The Agreement Comes Into Force When Both Parties Have Signed It. The Contract Is Valid For A Fixed Period Of Two (2) Years, After Which It Is Valid Indefinitely. It Is A Joint Procurement Of Several Procurement Units, Which Is Carried Out As A Procurement Ring. The Services Of This Request For Tender Will Be Used By Hus-Yhtymä (Hus) And The South Karelia Welfare Area.
