Engineering Services – Federal Police Blumberg_Renewal Of Wind Turbines, Energy-Saving Renovation Of Building 55_Specialized Planning Of Technical Equipment In Accordance With § 53 Hoai. According To The Construction Program Planning, The Bpol Site In Blumberg Is One Of The Agreed Priority Properties. The Central Supply System (Zva) Of The Federal Police Property In Blumberg Is Located In Building 55. The Main Energy Source For Heat Provision Is Natural Gas. The Heat Is Distributed From The Heat Supply System To The Heated Buildings On The Property Via Underground Kmr Pipes. In Addition To Economic And Organizational Aspects, Ecological Aspects And The Sustainability Of Heat Generation And The Connected Heat Distribution Network Must Also Be Evaluated. The Execution Period And The Creation Of Construction Freedom Must Be Agreed With The User And Bima, As Owner And Operator. Further Measures Identified As Necessary During Implementation Must Be Reported To The Client Immediately And Agreed Upon For Implementation. When Planning And Implementing The Measure, Close And Timely Coordination With The Responsible Construction, Operational And Property Management And The Bima Is Essential. In General, The Following Measures Must Be Taken Into Account: I) Replacing The Boiler And Chp: The Boilers, Built In 1996, Have Exceeded Their Calculated Lifespan (Approx. 20 Years) And Must Be Replaced By More Efficient And Ecological Boilers/Heat Generation Systems. The Chps, Built In 1995, Have Far Exceeded Their Calculated Lifespan (Approx. 10 To 15 Years) And Must Also Be Replaced By A More Efficient And Needs-Based Chp. The Potential Reduction In Energy Requirements Should Already Be Taken Into Account. However, Since The Renovation Of The Zva And Wea Is Already Taking Place In The First Construction Phase, The Current Energy Requirements Must Initially Be Reliably Covered Or Secured Across All Construction Phases (Including Interim Buildings). Ii) Operational Optimization Of All Relevant Technical Systems. These Include: Reducing The Vl/Rl Temperatures Of The Heat Distribution Within The Buildings, Replacing Or Expanding The Existing Air Conditioning System With Highly Efficient Heat Recovery Systems, Taking Into Account The Necessary Air Exchange Rates Of The Supplied Zones, Optimizing The Heat Transfer And Hydraulic Balancing Of The Heat Distribution Lines. Iii) Review And Adjustment Of The Operational Control Of All Relevant Technical Systems: Based On The Available Data, The System Technology Of The Entire Property Is In Poor Condition. Savings Can Be Achieved Through Optimized Operational Control (Needs-Based Area-By-Area Control And Technical Monitoring). To Do This, The Systems Must Be Monitored Over Several Months, The Data Recorded And Finally Evaluated. A Corresponding Building Management System With The Necessary Sub-Meter Structures Is Available Or Will Be Expanded Accordingly. Iv) Use Of High-Efficiency Pumps (Some Already Replaced During Maintenance
